Cheshire Court

Cheshire Court is a development for a major housing association in the Midlands. Comfort Zone underfloor heating offers a perfect solution for this type of development. The Evenheat designed system integrated into the structure provides warmth and safety in all areas, while leaving every square centimetre of space available for practical use. The single bedroom apartments provide comfortable homes for vulnerable tenants, with easy access for wheelchairs and no threat from hot, sharp surfaces.

Underfloor Heating Installation

A concrete floor construction was used for all floors of Cheshire Court. Final floor finishes are mostly carpets, with vinyl in the bathrooms and kitchens. The floors are warmed by loops of Evenheat PEX pipe fed from a distribution manifold. Each room is controlled as a separate zone in response to its own thermostat linked to an actuator head located at the manifold.
