Water Heated Underfloor Heating Systems

What does Evenheat supply?

Evenheat specialises exclusively in underfloor heating. 'Comfort Zone' water heated and electric systems are supplied covering the full range of buildings from small domestic extensions to large scale commercial projects.

How do I purchase a Comfort Zone system?

Evenheat's Comfort Zone systems are available exclusively through the UK's plumbers' and builders' merchants. If you already have trade account facilities, then this makes ordering very easy. Technical support at all stages of a project is provided directly to the customer by Evenheat.

What about quality and support?

Evenheat supplies top quality, field proven components backed by comprehensive guarantees. The underfloor pipe, manufactured in one of Europe's most advanced facilities, is highly durable and carries a consequential damage insurance cover for the first 15 years. With over 12 years experience, covering thousands of individual installations, you can be confident that knowledgeable technical backup and support is available from Evenheat.

I'm thinking about installing water heated underfloor heating, what's my first move?

Evenheat provides quotations via your merchant on a free, no obligation, basis. So asking for a quotation is a good way to start. You'll need to supply a scaled floor plan and any other relevant architectural drawings in order to help the designers understand your project as fully as possible. Send these, preferably with a completed quotation request form, to Evenheat (either direct or via your merchant). Evenheat will then contact you to discuss any details that need clarification or option choices, so that they can cost the project, enabling your merchant to provide you with the quotation.

When you place the order for a system, the Evenheat design team will start work on the detailed design, producing computer aided design (CAD) drawings of the pipe layout etc. using your floor plans as the basis. They will liaise directly with you to discuss any issues that arise. Once you have approved the design drawings, your system can be delivered to your merchant, or direct to site, whichever is more convenient for you.

What drawings and technical information will I receive with my system components?

Our design team will provide an A3 CAD design giving all pipe loops/runs and layouts, manifold settings, cutting list etc. The drawings are laminated to stand up to the wear and tear on site. All systems are supplied with full installation guides, plus a user guide to be left on site for the end user. The information provided is sufficiently detailed to enable a competent tradesperson to install and commission the system. You can contact Evenheat at any stage in the project for technical advice and support.
